My name is Rita Fernandes. Born in India 1969. I took my teaching degree in 1990. Worked as teacher in Panchgani.
In the early 90’s started programming in Cobol. Moved to Sweden 1993. Graduated from University College of Borås, Sweden with Masters degree in Computer Science.
Can speak English, Marathi, Hindi, Kannada and Swedish.
I have over 10 years of IT experience of onsite country Sweden, nearshore countries like Iceland and Latvia as well as offshore country India.
Expert in start ups and build ups of offshoring ventures especially to India.
Have lived in India for 23 years and know the culture, history, language and work experience as well as have lived for the past 17 years in Sweden and understand the social as well as work culture.
Have had a number of roles such as:

- Support Manager at AguraIT/IST, Sweden. Nearshore maintenance and implementation to Iceland and Latvia. (2005-2007)
- Owner/Partner with an IT company Design2Kill in India (2000-2005)
